By creating an account or placing an order on Printvity.in you agree to these terms.
The service
Printvity.in sells print and finishing services: you upload a file, choose paper, size, colour, sides, cover and binding, and we produce and ship the physical job. We are not a publisher and we do not acquire rights in your content.
Account
You must provide accurate name, email and mobile details. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may refuse or close an account that is used for abuse, unpaid orders, refusals, or unlawful files.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown in Print Store and the calculator include GST on the print total unless noted otherwise. Delivery is added at checkout. The amount you confirm is the amount we charge, subject to obvious pricing errors which we may cancel and refund.
Offers and coupons apply as described at checkout (percentage off, often with a maximum rupee cap). Discounts do not stack as separate percentages; we apply the best rupee saving that the rules allow.
Files and intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to print the files you upload. We print what you send; we do not proofread, legally review, or check university formatting. We may refuse files that appear to be illegal, defamatory, or in clear violation of someone else’s copyright.
Production
Colour on screen can differ slightly from paper. Binding page limits may split a job into volumes when needed for durability. Minor trim and fold variation is normal in print production.
Delivery
Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you give. Delays caused by incomplete addresses, courier disruptions or inaccessible locations are not a production defect. See the shipping policy.
Cancellation and complaints
See the cancellation policy. Production errors that are our fault are reprinted. Content errors in the file you uploaded are not.
Liability
Our liability for a job is limited to reprinting it or refunding the amount paid for that job, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for indirect loss such as missed submission dates if you upload late or with the wrong file.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Allahabad have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
