Cancellation policy
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to stop a job. Print is made to order — once it is on press, paper and finishing cannot be reversed.
Before printing starts
If the order is still pending or paid but not yet on press, we can usually cancel it. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method. Orders that have not gone on press are not produced.
After printing starts
Once paper is printed, bound, foiled or packed, we cannot take the job back as unused stock. Cancellation at that stage is not available. You may still refuse delivery, but you remain responsible for the goods unless we made a production error.
Wrong file or options
If you uploaded the wrong PDF or chose the wrong binding, tell us immediately. If we have not started, we can swap the file or options. If we have started, a new order (or a paid reprint) is required.
Our errors
If we printed the wrong product, damaged the set, or bound it contrary to the options you confirmed, we reprint at no extra print charge and reship. Colour variation within normal digital-print tolerance is not an error. Content mistakes that were already in your file are not an error.
How to ask
Use contact or WhatsApp with your BP- token. Do not place a duplicate order unless support asks you to — two live jobs both get produced.
