Who we are

This policy applies to Printvity.in (the online print shop). Contact details are on the contact page.

Account data

When you sign up we store name, email, mobile number, password hash, and optional address, city and pincode. Email and mobile on the account are used for login, order updates and checkout; they are not freely editable on every screen so the job stays reachable.

Orders

Each order stores product options (pages, copies, paper, size, colour, sides, binding, cover), amounts, GST, payment method, delivery address and a BP- tracking token. We keep this history so you can reorder context and so we can handle support.

Files

Uploaded files are used only to print your job. They are stored while the job is in production (including a secure object store for large files) and are deleted after printing. They are not used to train models or for marketing.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider, not stored as full card numbers on our servers. We keep payment status (paid or unpaid) on the order.

Cookies and local data

We use a session cookie or equivalent for login and admin. The cart is stored in your browser (local storage) until you check out. You can clear it by emptying the cart or clearing site data.

Sharing

We share name, phone and address with the courier to deliver the parcel. We may share data if the law requires it. We do not sell your file or mailing list.

Retention and your requests

Account and order records are kept as long as needed for tax, dispute and support. You can ask us to correct account details or explain what we hold by contacting support. File deletion after print is automatic.
