Where we ship

Orders are delivered nationwide to the address on the order. We do not currently offer in-store pickup unless support confirms it for a specific job.

When we ship

Production starts after we have a confirmed paid order. Simple black & white spiral jobs usually leave sooner than hardcover thesis, gold foil, canvas or mug finishes. Binding, covers and personalised gifts add time. Courier transit then depends on the destination pin code.

Dates we share are estimates, not guaranteed appointment slots. Track the job with your BP- token. Once a courier is assigned, their scan events are the source of truth for “out for delivery”.

Charges

A flat delivery fee applies below the free-delivery threshold (shown in the cart and in site settings). The print total and GST are separate from delivery. Remote or reattempt fees charged by the courier may be passed on if the first delivery fails for reasons outside our control.

Packing

Jobs are packed to protect edges, spines and covers. Hardcover and gold-print books get extra wrapping. Posters and art prints go in a stiff pack or tube depending on size.

Failed delivery

If the address is incomplete, the phone is unreachable, or the parcel is refused, the courier may return it. Return shipping and a second dispatch can be charged. Repeated refusals may lead to prepaid-only future orders.
