What file formats can I upload?
PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, and ZIP. PDF is best for exact layout and page count. Maximum 25 MB per file.
Do you keep my files?
No. We print the job, then delete the customer file. Files are not used for marketing or training.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single CV print or a full thesis — same studio flow.
How does pricing work?
Live pricing updates as you change pages, copies, paper type, paper size, colour, cover, sides, and binding. GST is shown on the print total before you pay. Delivery is added at checkout.
What paper types and sizes do you offer?
Paper types run from 75gsm normal and premium through bond, duo, matte and glossy up to 300gsm. Sizes are A4, B5, A5 and A3, in that order in the calculator and studio.
Which bindings can I choose?
No binding, spiral, staple, corner staple, soft cover, wiro, comb, hard binding, hard binding with golden print on the front, glue/tape, and centre staple / saddle stitch.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. Doorstep delivery nationwide. Free delivery applies above the threshold shown in the cart.
Can I track my order?
Every order gets a BP- token. Use Track anytime to see printing, finishing and dispatch.
Why do I need to log in before Print Store?
Jobs stay attached to your account so we can reach you for delivery and you can see past orders. Email and mobile on the account are used at checkout.
What if only some pages need colour?
In Print Store you can mark individual pages as colour after we read the file. The rest stay black & white, which keeps the total down.
Will on-screen colour match the print?
Ink on paper is close but not identical to a backlit screen. For critical brand colour, request a small test copy first.
How do offers and coupons work?
New-customer and returning discounts, plus coupon codes, apply a percentage with a maximum rupee cap (for example 12% off, maximum ₹500). We use the best rupee saving, not stacked percentages.
