Payment terms
Pay online by UPI or card. GST is calculated on the print total and shown before you confirm.
Accepted methods
Checkout supports UPI and cards. We do not offer cash on delivery. Online payments are marked paid when the gateway confirms.
When we charge
Prepaid orders are charged at checkout. Failed or abandoned gateway sessions do not create a paid order. If a payment succeeds but the order page errors, contact support with the gateway reference before paying again.
GST and delivery
GST applies to the print total (printing, binding, cover) at the rate shown in the calculator. Delivery fee is added at checkout and is shown separately. Offers and coupons reduce the eligible print amount, often with a maximum rupee cap.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled prepaid jobs (see cancellation) go back to the original method. Gateway timelines vary; UPI and cards typically take several working days.
Invoices
Order confirmation and the account order history are your receipt. GSTIN and legal name, when configured in site settings, appear on invoices we issue.
